Mission Guidelines

About the Mission

The prime goal of this platform is to call for volunteers and advisors to build a powerful, process-driven community that can empower the change our revolution stands for. Let us build Nepal with our own hands and small collective contributions—through clear narratives, processes, and policies that promote transparency. This is an ambitious project requiring serious commitment to prove that together we can build our country with the right mindset, without relying on external help; to prove that we, Nepalese, are capable of laying the foundations for our eternal nation, Nepal.

What we are seeking

We are seeking a limited number of volunteers and advisors who can contribute to this mission without any expectation of personal gains beyond impact and experience. We are seeking skilled people from our own country who follow through on commitments and who bring both skill and accountability to teamwork.

What we Expect

Show up. Follow through. Keep the bar high.

  1. Make commitments and keep them, consistently.
  2. Bring ideas and solutions, not excuses and ego.
  3. Respect the team's time as much as your own.
  4. Prioritize collective success over individual credit.
  5. Let the best ideas win—irrespective of who proposed them.
  6. Dedicate at least 5+ hours per week and treat that commitment seriously.
  7. Know that inability to maintain your commitment, misconduct, or persistent conflicts will result in removal from the team.

What we don’t Expect

  1. People looking to work solely on their own ideas as independent contributors.
  2. Inability to work effectively in a team or to communicate proactively.
  3. Need for constant supervision or hand-holding.
  4. Prioritizing personal interests and credit over team priorities.
